1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BoostCRM, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not use the service.

2. Subscription and payment

Our service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment is charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). We use Paddle as the Merchant of Record for payment processing and tax compliance.

  • Payments are securely processed through Paddle.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are not satisfied with the service during the first 14 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund. Contact support at dwasda34@gmail.com.

4. Service availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available 99.9% of the time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. BoostCRM is provided “as is” and “as available.” In no event shall BoostCRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, data loss, or other intangible losses arising from inability to access the service.

5. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service notifications (billing, security, account changes). We may also send news and marketing materials about new features. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
